For the past 3 1/2, almost 4 months, I've been trying really hard to lose a bit of weight and tone up but to no avail. Actually, I've gained weight, and it's really starting to get to me. I'm tired of working so hard and seeing no progress, so in an effort to motivate myself even further, I'm starting a fitspo/weight loss/training blog. I'll post a few pictures as well as my exercise progress and food intake and try to create some actual change. I encourage people to follow me and send their stories and inspiration.
